1. About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and JustAnotherPanel.live ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard notifications.
2. What we provide
We operate a reseller panel that forwards your orders to third-party suppliers who deliver social media marketing services. We are an independent marketplace and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any social network.
Service availability, prices, quantities and delivery speeds come from our suppliers and may change without notice.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed with your credentials.
One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or automated scraping.
4. Orders and wallet balance
Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet balance. The exact charge is shown before you confirm and is calculated from the service rate per 1,000 units multiplied by your quantity.
You must submit a valid, public link that matches the service you selected. Orders placed against private, deleted or incorrect links may fail and are not always refundable.
Once submitted to a supplier, an order can only be cancelled if the supplier and the service allow it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal content, hate speech, harassment, adult content involving minors, or to promote content that violates the rules of the destination platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of growth services complies with the terms of the social network you are targeting.
6. Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We are not liable for actions taken by a social network against your account, including content removal or restrictions.
