1. Data we collect
Account data: your email address, username and optional profile details.
Order data: the service, link, quantity, price and delivery status of each order you place.
Financial data: wallet transactions, deposits and their status. We do not store raw card numbers.
Technical data: security and error logs needed to operate the platform.
2. Why we use it
To create and secure your account, process and deliver your orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
To deliver an order we send the target link and quantity to the supplier fulfilling that service. Payment providers receive the data needed to process your deposit.
Service providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Security
Access to your data is restricted with row-level database security so that you can only read your own orders, tickets, transactions and balance. API keys are stored as irreversible hashes.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@justanotherpanel.live. Some records must be retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
