Automatic refunds
If an order cannot be submitted to a supplier, the full charge is returned to your wallet immediately.
If an order is cancelled by the supplier, the full charge is credited back to your wallet.
If an order is delivered partially, the undelivered portion is credited back to your wallet automatically when the order closes.
Refills instead of refunds
Where a service includes a refill guarantee, drops within the guarantee window are resolved with a refill rather than a cash refund. Request the refill from the order page.
What is not refundable
Orders placed against an incorrect, private or deleted link.
Orders where the link was changed, the account was made private, or content was deleted during delivery.
Completed orders that met the ordered quantity.
Wallet credit
Refunds are credited as wallet balance so you can immediately reorder. Every refund appears in your transaction history with a reference to the original order.
