Fraud, phishing, malware distribution, pyramid schemes and impersonation of another person or brand.

Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Prohibited behaviour

Attempting to bypass wallet charges, exploit refunds, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Automated scraping of the catalog outside of the documented API, load testing, or attempts to access other users' data.

Reselling access to a shared account or distributing your API key publicly.

Enforcement

We may cancel orders, suspend accounts and withhold balances obtained through abuse. Serious violations are reported to the relevant authorities.
